What is Buy It... Wear It... Return It™?
A new revolutionary idea to the children's boutique industry. You can now return your used Emmy and Ally clothing purchases to Emmy and Ally for store credit.

How does it work?
Emmy and Ally will buy back your used purchases from www.emmyandally.com. Simply
download and fill out this form, mail us your qualified used Emmy and Ally clothing purchases and we will issue you a store credit to use at www.emmyandally.com

What will my credit be?
Clothing credit will be issued as follows: "Good" 10% of original purchase price "Better" 15% of original purchase price "Best" 20% of original purchase price

Original purchase price will reflect any discounts you received on your initial order and original shipping expenses are not included in the Buy Back Program. Example: Original order included a dress for $42 but you used a coupon code good for 10% off so you originally paid $37.80. You return the dress in "Best" condition, your credit would be $7.56.

Good, Better Best Condition
Items sent back in anything below good condition will not be accepted for credit. Please check the items for stains, rips, holes, etc. before sending back to us.

Good Condition: items worn a fair amount but are gently taken care of, may have normal wear, remember, if you wouldn't consider it to be in a good enough condition to give to a friend or to buy yourself, we probably won't either.

Better Condition: items worn less often that show minimal wear

Best Condition: items worn maybe for special occassions, or very seldom, items you forgot you owned and your child out grew before they could even think of wearing it out.

What qualifies for Buy It, Wear It, Return It™?
1. Clothing ONLY purchases made directly from www.emmyandally.com
2. Clothing in good used condition that you would be willing to purchase yourself.
3. Clothing only, no diaper bags, toys, bedding, etc. (at least for now).
4. Clothing purchases made within ONE year of return date

What does NOT qualify for Buy It, Wear It, Return It™?
1. Clothing purchased from other stores, even if carried on our site
2. Clothing with rips, stains, holes, etc. If you wouldn't buy, we probably won't either.
3. At this time we accept clothing only, no diaper bags, bedding, jewelry, etc.
4. Custom embroidered items do NOT qualify for Buy It, Wear It, Return It™

What do you do with the returned items?
Great question, and you will be happy to know that, portions of your returns will help benefit local charities which will directly help children in need. We are happy to not only help recycle and make great use of these items, but we are thrilled to have the opportunity to benefit other children. The charities will change as we see growing needs in different areas.

You can download a Buy It, Wear It, Return It™ Form and shipping label here Customer is responsible for shipping charges which will not be refunded. We strongly suggest that you send your return in a way that is trackable (ie. tracking number, return receipt) as we become responsible for packages only once they are received by us and not during transit.
