We are like most sisters. We spend hours on the phone together talking about our children, life, and relationships. Melissa being the newer mom looked for all the advice she could get from her big sister on pregnancy, from morning sickness to swollen feet to the actual big day.
As a brave mom eager to show off her new arrival, Melissa flew across the country with her new 7 week old daughter, Ally, to visit Kim.
Now Kim has her hands full also as she is the mother of two. Kim left the corporate world to be a stay at home mom of Ben 2 1/2 and Emily (aka "Emmy" according to Ben) 10 months.
During our visit we did a lot of shopping for our kids. But it was one store in particular that inspired us both. We touched everything, and both looked at each other and said "we would have the best time owning our own children's store". Melissa, the coffee drinker, suggested we get the kids to sleep and head for the closest coffee shop to talk. We talked for hours in that coffee shop in Idaho, and on April 14, 2004 Emmy and Ally.com was born (actually conceived).

All orders are charged a flat rate of $5.00 for priority USPS and/or FedEx ground shipping within the United States (all 50 states).
Once you have placed your order, your VISA or MASTERCARD will be charged for the items and appropriate shipping and handling charges. All items will be sent USPS priority mail. An e-mail will be sent with your order confirmation and tracking number. All items are in stock, unless otherwise noted, and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
We currently ship within the U.S.A. to verified addresses. No P.O. Boxes please.
Canada
Orders to Canada are charge a flat rate of $14.95USD for USPS shipping. Please contact us for express service. All shipments are subject to receiving country's customs, import fees, VAT taxes, etc. and are to be paid by the recipiant.
International Shipping
International shipping charges are $25USD per order plus $1USD per additional item. All international orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail and/or Global Express Mail. All shipments are subject to receiving country's customs, import fees, VAT taxes, etc. and are to be paid by the recipiant.
Rush Delivery
Express delivery service is available for the continental U.S. for a flat $28.00. Orders for express delivery/overnight services must be received by 2pm E.S.T. to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm E.S.T. will ship the following day (except Sunday). Express delivery service not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
Return Policy/Return Shipping
Our goal and priority is to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Emmy and Ally.com will return/exchange any item* within 14 days of reciept of your shipment. Refunds, minus shipping charges, will be issued toward the credit card the purchase was made on. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice.
Exchanges due to customer error (ie. picked wrong color or size) will be charged actual shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at info@emmyandally.com.

A: We are constantly receiving new merchandise. The site will change about every 3 weeks or possibly more. We are always ordering new things and will post them on our site asap.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Q: How do I determine which sizes to order?
A: Our experience with boutique clothing is that most of it runs pretty true to size, but would lean more on the small size rather than large. When in doubt about a specific company you can always
email us first and ask about sizing. Keep in mind how the child you are buying for measures on average. If the child is large for his/her age then buy up a size. In some cases you will find size charts on the item page or sizing information about how the clothing runs. Most things we carry are 100% cotton, so please allow for a reasonable amount of shrinking.

A: Absolutely!!! Our store is operated through Yahoo! and all transactions go through a secure server for your protection.
